Are you real estate agents?
Mikael founded the company initially because he saw his grandmother struggle to get listings as a real estate agent and eventually had to quit. He decided to combine his love for marketing and systems to solve that problem for the entire industry so that nobody has to go through what her grandmother did. Mikael isn’t licensed himself - a few of his team members at GetListings.com are licensed real estate agents.
What’s the minimum commitment?
It depends on which program you qualify for. We advise booking a call to see which programs suit you best. We have a free program, month to month program, and longer term programs for our most serious clients.
What’s the price?
Everything we do for clients is custom, depending on their market, their goals and where they’re currently at with their business. By booking a call with our team they’ll advise you with the program that will best fit your budget.
Can I pay you guys at closing?
We’ve tried that model before and unfortunately we’ve been taken advantage of. Realtors were asking their peers to list the contract under their name to avoid having to pay us.
